Nancy Kosik, Founder and Director of NK Consultants and the Nancy Kosik Academy of International Protocol and Etiquette (NKAIPE), is a certified Protocol Officer and Certified Etiquette and Protocol Consultant.
These ventures were launched following a successful 10-year career as a controller for several Canadian companies, where her mandates included internal restructuring and assisting corporations reach their maximum potential. She honed her skills as an effective communicator, and developed a keen understanding of interpersonal relations in corporate and social situations. Nancy Kosik completed her Protocol and Etiquette studies in Canada, England and the United States of America.
Armed with her corporate background, international studies, and her years of experience providing trainings to professionals and organizations in numerous industries, her expertise in this field has taken her across a variety of continents, providing consultation and trainings on how to enhance professional image, internal workplace relationships, customer relations, leadership skills, branding, and international diplomacy skills.
In addition to being an author and a recognized expert in her field, Nancy Kosik is also a media personality. She appears monthly as a correspondent on Canada’s Global Television, CBC Radio and many other syndicated talk shows. Nancy Kosik also offers advice for Reader’s Digest Magazine and other print media corporations.

We provide trainings at the client’s site, year round. Sessions range from 1 participant to groups of 200 or more.
We also offer trainings and presentations on pre-determined dates, open to the public, for individuals who wish to attend a shared session with others who have similar training goals.

NK Consultant's Corporate Program includes a variety of seminars and trainings on protocol and etiquette skills pertinent to your corporate environment. Trainings are suited for professionals of all levels of experience: senior executives, managers, specialists, technicians, professionals entering a new role, or young adults new to the the workforce. Trainings are designed to enhance individual performance, as well as the performance of your entire organization.
NKAIPE’s interactive workshops build self-confidence and character in all of our students. Role-playing exercises and open discussions are key to providing students with an opportunity to assess themselves. This allows them to develop a level of heightened self-awareness and awareness of others, allowing them to slow down and be present during all interactions with people of all ages.
